Did you know you can use the Dealer Portal to Easily Edit Your Customers’ Call Lists

Don’t use valuable time writing an email or fax to change a call list. You can quickly update call lists right in the Dealer Portal.

Here’s how it works:

 

1. Log into the Dealer Portal and select an account
2. Click ‘Contacts’ on the side bar
3. Click ‘Manage Call Lists’
4. Select the Call List you would like to edit
5. Click the arrow next to the contact to change their order or click the X to delete the contact
6. Click ‘Save Changes’ and you’re all set
