We can assign your key staff members, including office personnel and technicians, individual logins and the appropriate level of access to our Dealer Portal.

We have three customized access levels:

• Full Access allows the user to enter and modify any account information, schedule recurring reports, place systems on test and use RealStream.
• Standard Access gives the user limited ability to enter and modify account information, run one-time reports, place systems on test and use RealStream.
• Technician Access includes the ability to view account information, place systems on test and view signals with RealStream.
